**Responsibilities**
Successful candidate will be required to:
+ Record issued documents in accordance with Project Life Cycle procedure. Receive and/or download drawings and documents from the EDMS and file in the appropriate directory. Provide the project manager with a schedule of documents received and transmitted including revisions.
+ Filing electronic incoming documentation.Preparation of Master Document Register and maintaining the same through out the project.
+ Circulate received/downloaded documents to project team in client's EDMS.
+ Keep a log of in-coming and out-going information.Upload drawings and documents onto EDMS in accordance with a schedule provided by the Project Manager (PM)
+ Responsibility for high level review of project life cycle-controlled documents.Setting up and maintaining document issue sheets throughout entire project.
+ Checking standard details on outgoing documents and drawings, for inconsistencies, revision changes and format.
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications And Experience**
+ Ideally 8-10 years' experience of Document and Data management in a multi discipline detail design engineering environment. Experience of uploading/downloading from online collaborative websites is essential.
+ The successful candidate needs to be conscientious, and methodical with excellent organisational skills.
+ Excellent time management skills and capable of managing their own time/workload across multiple projects.
+ Excellent communication skills required as all the projects will be ME based and daily coordiantion with the project team is required.
+ Experience in atleast three EDMS's like Aconex, ACC, ASSAI, BIM 360, InEight Team Binder, Unifier & SharePoint would be an advantage.

Job Purpose:
To prepare, maintain, and manage design documentation throughout the medical device product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and quality management systems. The role involves Design History File (DHF) management, Design Verification & Validation (V&V), Risk Management, Technical Documentation, and regulatory submission support in accordance with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDR, FDA, CDSCO, and other applicable medical device standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Documentation & Design Control
- Prepare, review, and maintain Design History File (DHF), Device Master Record (DMR), Technical Documentation, and Design Control documents throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain Design and Development Plans, User Requirements, Design Inputs, Design Outputs, Design Review records, and Design Change documentation.
- Prepare Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Engineering Change Notices (ECN), and maintain document revision history.
- Ensure complete traceability between design inputs, outputs, verification, validation, and risk management activities.
- Maintain document integrity in accordance with document control procedures and quality management systems.
2. Design Verification & Validation (V&V)

- Evaluate risk control measures and verify implementation effectiveness.
- Update risk documentation throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Ensure risk management activities remain aligned with design changes and product updates.
4. Regulatory Documentation & Compliance
- Support preparation of Technical Files, Design Dossiers, and regulatory documentation for CDSCO, CE Marking, FDA, and other global regulatory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EU MDR, FDA Design Controls, and other applicable medical device regulations.
- Support regulatory gap assessments and documentation reviews.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications and Experience:
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Instrumentation, or equivalent.
- 6–8 years of experience in Design Assurance, Medical Device Documentation, Regulatory Documentation, or Product Development.
- Experience in medical device product development and regulated environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of global medical device regulatory requirements is highly desirable.

DESCRIPTION:
+ Supports program managers in the preparation and submission of documents into OCPLM PPM via Change Orders (COs)
+ Reviews documents to ensure program-specific information is consistent
+ Ensures all program documents contain the appropriate project number and are completed in compliance with existing procedures
+ Ensures adherence to site level and corporate SOPs or Work Instructions to comply with ISO Standards
+ Uploads all program documents with proper document linking and approvals
+ Follows up to confirm that COs are processed successfully and in a timely manner
+ Tracks and communicates CO status updates to program managers regularly
+ Ensures that all eDDFs(electronic Design and Development File) are organized clearly in a manner consistent with our quality standards
**Preferred Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
+ 2-3 years of relevant industrial experience.
+ Experience working with document change control systems such as Oracle PLM and Documentum.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and Agile systems.
+ Proficiency in Power BI, including creation of dashboards and data visualizations.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to address and appropriately escalate issues.
+ Ability to work independently within established procedures and guidelines.
+ Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ Willingness to collaborate with global teams and build positive internal working relationships.

We are seeking an Engineer II - Documentation Specialist to support document lifecycle management, engineering standards control, version management, and governance processes for the Global CM Documentation & Industrialization Hub.
This role will help ensure that manufacturing documentation, supplier records, engineering templates, best practices, and technology transfer materials are controlled, organized, accessible, and maintained in accordance with defined governance and quality expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage document lifecycle processes including creation, review, approval, release, revision, archival, and retirement of controlled documentation
+ Maintain version control, naming conventions, metadata standards, taxonomy, and repository structure for CM documentation libraries
+ Support governance of engineering templates, manufacturing standards, work instructions, playbooks, and best-practice documents
+ Coordinate document reviews and approvals with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Procurement, and external manufacturing stakeholders
+ Ensure documentation completeness, accuracy, traceability, and compliance with applicable internal procedures and quality expectations
