1. Managing the entire shift independently for high-volume Solar Photovoltaic cell manufacturing machines, equipment’s while ensuring equipment’s & personnel safety
2. Knowledge and hands-on experience of Wet Chemistry process & equipment’s / Thermal process and equipment’s / Metallization line process & equipment’s / of Laser process and equipment’s / Robot, Automation Tools / Knowledge of pneumatic systems & Low-cost automation systems
3. Should have good hands on experience in PLC (Must Have), SCADA, Robotics, Servo drives, Servo Motor, Stepper Motor, Encoders, pressure and Temperature transducers, Analog & Digital Sensors.
4. Should have good knowledge on Robots / Automation Lines on latest Technology used in Solar Cell mfg. related to Operations, Maintenance & Safety. He Should be able to provide solution for Process defects (Like – Cell Breakages, Scratches) linked to all Robots / Automation
5. Develop capabilities of associates towards proper execution of their jobs

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of instrumentation equipment (sensors, transmitters, Analyzers, control valves, PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, etc.).
- Troubleshoot breakdowns in instrumentation and control systems to minimize plant downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports.
- Conversant with Control Philosophy, Instrumentation Philosophy, P&ID and Hazardous Area classification.
- After duty hours or operational issues will directly reports or coordinates with operational executive of plant
- Conversant with Installation /commissioning / Maintenance of field instruments like LT, PT, DPT, MFM, FM Control Valve, On/OFF Valve, Load cell, FT, TT and Many more.
- Conversant with Company Safety Policies / TBT / JSA / SOP / SMP / various Installation and calibration check list / preventive and corrective Maintenance etc
- Conversant with installation and erection of Inst Hardware / Hot loop & cold Loop Checks / SAP PR / Routine Maintenance etc
- Comply with the statutory norms / requirements / Company’s code of conducts
- Perform regular calibration of instruments as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure accuracy of process measurements (pressure, flow, temperature, level, pH)
- Regular Visit and daily checks of all Stack Analysers / DCS / PLC / Third party Packages
- Project & Improvement Support
- Assist in modification, installation, and commissioning of new instrumentation systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.

- Maintain updated P&IDs, loop diagrams, calibration logs, and equipment manuals.
- Coordinate with operations, electrical, and mechanical teams for maintenance activities and ensure better co-ordination within Team Members

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering ( AICTE/UGC approved )
- 5 – 8 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance (preferably in chemical, petrochemical, or process industry).
- Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems (DCS/PLC/SCADA), and field devices.
- Hands-on experience in calibration, troubleshooting, and loop checking.

24. Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with clearly defined timelines, responsible owners, and effectiveness verification criteria.
25. Maintain a CAPA tracker with closure status, evidence of implementation, and effectiveness validation records.

- Experience - Minimum three to five years of hands-on experience in refrigeration systems and base building equipment maintenance.

1. Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for all refrigeration systems, including tropical rooms, chilled rooms, and frozen rooms.
2. Monitor and maintain optimal temperature parameters across all cold chain zones in strict accordance with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
3. Conduct routine inspections of compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, and refrigerant piping systems.
4. Ensure refrigerant levels are maintained within specified limits and perform periodic leak detection tests.
5. Monitor and maintain defrost cycles, drain lines, and insulation integrity of all cold rooms.
6. Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and third-party service providers for specialized repairs and annual maintenance contracts.
7. Diagnose and resolve refrigeration system faults, including compressor failures, refrigerant leaks, thermostat malfunctions, and evaporator icing.
8. Respond to temperature excursion alarms and execute corrective actions within defined response timelines.
9. Troubleshoot electrical and control system faults in refrigeration panels, PLCs, and Building Management System (BMS) interfaces.
