+ Support organization with setting up team, governance, way of working and procedures to implement, run and manage their FDI technology stack.
+ Collaborate with clients to translate business objectives into robust analytics solutions, ensuring alignment and clarity through stakeholder engagement and transparent communication.
+ Design, develop, and implement Oracle FDI solutions, including the configuration of prebuilt KPIs, dashboards, and semantic models to meet client-specific reporting and analytics needs.
+ Manage and optimize the end-to-end data ingestion process: configuring prebuilt ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications into Autonomous Data Warehouse.
+ Extend the Oracle FDI data model to incorporate external data sources ensuring data quality and consistency.
+ Ensure the seamless deployment, administration, and continuous improvement of Oracle FDI, leveraging OCI's managed services, security, and auto-update features.

I. Job Summary
This senior level analyst position is responsible for the configuration and support of software applications (e.g. ERP Oracle Cloud, Blackline, OneStream, etc.) through strong business partnership, quality insights and exceptional customer service. As part of the Finance Support team, this role provides complex analytical and consultative support delivering Finance processes. He/she will need to challenge existing solutions and lead the team in enhancing systems with an emphasis on user experience, simplification, automation, performance, and standardization. With experienced team members, may provide input for delivering Finance processes. Generally, provides technical input for Digital/vendor support.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots or assigns to other tech team members for resolution. Coordinates with vendor regarding required support by opening tickets, escalating, and following up as required
- Responsible for supporting releases, upgrades, patches, and configuration across the assigned ERP Oracle Cloud module(s)/Finance application(s) including Lease Accelerator, OneStream, Hyperion, Blackline, Concur, Coupa, Kyriba, OneSource
- Continuously develops advanced knowledge of assigned application(s) utilizing vendor websites, user groups and training to effectively utilize system capabilities. Mentors other team members and is recognized as an expert
- Consults on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. Documents final specs and configures application
- Analyzes impact of configuration from foundational structures to Fast Formulas and extensions to Finance service delivery and downstream systems and integrations. Leads meetings to resolve priority issues
