**Meaningful Work From Day One**
The Senior FP&A Analyst will be a crucial team member, collaborating closely with local and divisional EAA teams to deliver analytical support and insights that enhance decision-making. Budgeting and Forecasting

Financial Reporting and Analysis

**What You Bring to the Table**
+ Bachelors' degree or above in Finance, Accounting or Economy (preferably).
+ 4+ years experience with a multinational consumer products goods company or equivalent experience.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills with fluency in English required.
+ Experience with software applications in accounting, budgeting, and valuation techniques (MS Office, SAP incl. Business Warehouse/BI).

Job Summary
UKG is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team, reporting to the Manager, FP&A. This role will play a key part in driving financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support for the Services business.
The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally to analyze revenue trends, provide actionable insights, support forecasting processes, and enhance reporting capabilities through automation and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance analysis, including revenue and expenses.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Analyze revenue trends, variances, and key drivers to provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain revenue models, including ARR/MRR, churn, retention, and cohort analysis.
- Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Provide insights into revenue growth opportunities and customer analysis.
- Create executive-level reports and presentations highlighting key trends and business performance
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools
- Support and actively participate in the month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Analyze revenue subledger trends, identify key drivers of variances, and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and financial reports to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Drive revenue forecasting and planning activities, including scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue Accounting, Operations, and Business Leaders.
- Extract and consolidate data from multiple systems to deliver accurate and timely reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support to leadership.
Skills & Qualifications: -
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Anaplan.
- Experience with financial planning tools such as TM1 (preferred).
- Knowledge of Power Query / Power Pivot for data transformation and modelling.
- Exposure to Alteryx is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
- Experience working in a remote/global environment, preferably with a US-based multinational organization.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Financial Analysis roles.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (required).
- MBA (Finance) or CA preferred.
