Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in Wedding Planning, including vendor coordination, logistics oversight, and end-to-end event execution.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting, cost negotiation, and financial tracking to ensure events are delivered within agreed budgets.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations, handle concerns, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with comfort in client-facing roles.
  • Business development mindset with experience or interest in sales, networking, and relationship-building in the events or hospitality industry.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.
  • Relevant education in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in wedding or event planning is an advantage.
