+ ME/MTech in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics.
+ 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
+ Hands-on experience in **circuit design** for power electronics applications, including **AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, power supplies, and inverters** .
+ Experience with circuit simulation using PLECS, PSpice, or equivalent simulation tools.
+ Experience in verification and validation of circuits and products, including functional, performance, thermal, and EMC testing.
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Strong understanding of power converter topologies, including Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost, Flyback, Forward, resonant converters/inverters, high-voltage multiplier/voltage doubler circuits, and analog power amplifiers. Knowledge of Static Compensators and Active Filters is an added advantage.
+ Good understanding of small-signal and large-signal analysis for AC/DC and DC/AC converters, including Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuits.
+ Strong fundamentals of EMI/EMC and filter design.
+ Working knowledge of electronics design and simulation tools such as Saber, MATLAB, PSpice, OrCAD, and Cadence.
+ Knowledge of power converter control techniques, including Bode plot and Nyquist plot analysis. Experience with analog and digital controllers, DSPs, embedded systems, mixed-signal PCB design, and fault debugging is an added advantage.
+ Knowledge of PWA design principles and component selection guidelines is an added advantage.

Job Description

As an AV Technician, you will work on-site at client locations across India, installing displays, projectors, sound systems, mics, cameras, and video conferencing solutions. You will read shop drawings, build AV racks, lay cabling, mount equipment on ceilings, and support live events and meetings. New joiners are paired with senior team members for the first month to learn our site delivery process.


What You'll Do

  • Install and configure displays, projectors, sound systems, mics, cameras, and video conferencing solutions at client sites.
  • Read shop drawings and schematics to plan equipment layout, cabling routes, and power and data requirements.
  • Build and wire AV racks, mount equipment, and ensure clean cable management inside racks, cupboards, and along walls and ceilings.
  • Drill and mount ceiling fixtures for speakers, projectors, mics, and cameras as per site drawings.
  • Test and calibrate AV systems for signal flow, audio levels, video quality, and conferencing performance.
  • Provide on-site support during meetings, events, and conferences and resolve issues in real time.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with site civil and electrical teams for power, data, and structural support requirements.
  • Maintain installation, commissioning, and handover documentation for each project.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on AV installation and support experience.
  • Practical knowledge of professional displays, projectors, speakers, mics, cameras, and conferencing endpoints.
  • Strong understanding of AV cabling and signal flow (HDMI, VGA, DisplayPort, XLR, Cat6, fiber, etc.) and connector types.
  • Ability to read and follow shop drawings and schematics for AV installation.
  • Hands-on experience with ceiling mounting, drilling, and rack building for AV equipment.
  • Cable management discipline and on-site coordination skills with civil, electrical, and client teams.


Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, or Poly endpoints.
  • Familiarity with DSP, audio mixers, and basic acoustic concepts.
  • Prior experience working at corporate, enterprise, or auditorium project sites.
