The **Senior Director, Remote Sales Solutions** provides strategic, operational, and leadership for Medtronic's Remote Sales organization in EurAsia, driving commercial impact through scalable, data‑driven remote selling models.
This role is accountable for defining the direction, operating rhythm, and performance standards of remote commercial execution, enabling consistent coverage, customer engagement, and growth across selected customer segments. The leader partners closely with regional and functional stakeholders to strengthen remote sales effectiveness while fostering alignment, capability development, and operational excellence.
