Benchmarking, Target Setting & Performance Backend Developer will support Chevron's ENGINE by designing, building, and maintaining databases that store benchmarking, target setting, and performance data. This includes mapping business workflows to data, to build databases that capture actuals, initiatives, and insights to enable competitiveness assessments and performance improvement. The role ensures data integrity, security, and accessibility while enabling connections with both internal and external data sources. The Backend Developer/Specialist will collaborate with analysts, business leads, and technology teams to deliver a robust data infrastructure that supports enterprise-wide benchmarking and performance insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design, build, and maintain databases that store benchmarking, target setting, performance, actuals, and initiative data
+ Develop and maintain data connections to internal and external sources, ensuring reliable and secure integrations
+ Develop data system architecture to enable automation of data pipelines, including transformation of data structures and API integrations

**Key Responsibilities**
**Order Management & Customer Operations**
+ Manage end-to-end SLA order processing within SAP Fiori.
+ Process purchase orders, create and maintain SLA contracts, and support billing setup.
