GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

The Design Specialist builds on foundational proposal production skills to deliver accurate, brand‑aligned design and formatting work with increasing independence. Design Development

• Execute proposal formatting, layout, and template updates with limited supervision, escalating only non-standard requests
