Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Facilitation

  • Conduct engaging training sessions for students of Classes IX–XII in schools across Meghalaya .
  • Plan and facilitate training programs using interactive and participatory learning methodologies.
  • Ensure effective delivery of training content while encouraging student engagement and participation.

2. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with schools, education officials, and local stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, government departments, and community stakeholders.

4. Reporting & Documentation

5. Field Implementation

  • Travel extensively across Meghalaya to conduct training sessions, school visits, monitoring activities, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure smooth and effective implementation of project activities at the field level.
  • Identify field-level challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and online meeting platforms.

  • Build pipeline from scratch through aggressive outbound — cold outreach, partner-led entry, and mapping at top level.
  • Lead end-to-end sales from lead generation till closure with Pre-sales and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrable hunting track record (you must be able to name specific accounts you personally opened from zero).
  • Should have an existing relationship with decision-making units — Secretaries, Joint Secretaries, Director, Director General, IT Head, Procurement Heads — and influence RFP scope before tenders drop.
  • Should have closed multiple Government deals of ₹1 Cr+ during the last one year.
  • Hands-on knowledge of GeM, CPPP, e-procurement, EMD/PBG, GFR norms, and government commercial terms.
  • Should have worked with at least 10–15 accounts at a senior position, including Ministry of Home Affairs, CRPF, CISF, SSB, BSF, ITBP, NSG, IB, NIA, CBI, NCRB, NFSU, NEPA, NICFS,, NDRF, NFCH, RRU,etc
  • You should be a self-starter who generates own pipeline, is comfortable with cold outreach and extensive travel, and demonstrates high integrity with a strong understanding of compliance.
