About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to join our Plant Administration team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in administration within a manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative activities and provide operational support to the plant.
- Maintain records, files, registers, and other administrative documentation.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, and office maintenance activities.
- Monitor office and plant consumables, stationery, and inventory, and raise purchase requisitions as required.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility management and service requirements.
- Assist in managing employee transportation, accommodation, and other administrative arrangements, if applicable.
- Handle inward and outward courier, dispatch, and document management.
- Support visitor management and ensure proper gate entry procedures.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, employee engagement activities, and training logistics.
- Monitor office assets and maintain asset records.
- Prepare administrative MIS reports and maintain necessary records.
- Ensure cleanliness, workplace discipline, and adherence to administrative policies.
- Coordinate with HR, Production, Purchase, and other departments for administrative support.
- Perform any other administration-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
- MBA/PGDM (Operations/HR) or relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Manufacturing will be preferred.

The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that all solar photovoltaic (PV) modules and manufacturing processes comply with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on driving product quality, process excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, statutory regulations, and international standards for solar PV modules.
- Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor quality performance and drive continual improvement across manufacturing operations.
2. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Develop and implement inspection plans for incoming raw materials, including:
- Solar Cells
- Glass
- EVA/POE
- Back sheets
- Junction Boxes
- Frames
- Busbars and Ribbons
Responsibilities include:
- Approving incoming materials based on defined quality standards.
- Coordinating with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Conducting supplier audits and performance evaluations.
- Monitoring supplier quality performance and implementing corrective actions.
3. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process, including:
- Cell Stringing
- Layup
- Lamination
- Trimming
- Framing
- Junction Box Fixing
- Electroluminescence (EL) Testing
- Flash Testing
- Packaging
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring adherence to manufacturing processes.
- Identifying process deviations and reducing defects.
- Implementing process improvements to improve product quality.
4. Final Quality Control (FQC)
- Verify that finished modules meet electrical, mechanical, cosmetic, and performance requirements.
- Review electrical test data and inspection reports.
- Approve final product release before shipment.
- Ensure traceability of finished products.
5. Testing & Compliance
Ensure compliance with international standards including:
- IEC 61215
- IEC 61730
- ISO 9001
- ISO 14001
- ISO 45001
Additional responsibilities:
- Coordinate reliability and environmental testing.
- Support product certification and surveillance audits.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements.
6. Customer Quality
- Investigate customer complaints and warranty claims.
- Perform root cause analysis using:

- Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within Solar PV Module Manufacturing or Electronics Manufacturing.
