The AI Engineer will design and build AI-enabled solutions that enhance Data Management and Data Governance capabilities across Cargill. In this role, you will apply machine learning, generative AI, and automation to improve data quality, metadata management, master data, data classification, lineage, and governance workflows-helping ensure data is trusted, compliant, and business-ready. **Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Lead design and delivery of scalable AI/ML solutions from data to production

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field
+ 8+ years of hands on experience in machine learning, data science, or AI engineering
+ Experience deploying models to production environments with MLOps practices
+ Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred)
+ Solid expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn)
+ Solid understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
+ Proficiency in data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
+ Knowledge of CI/CD, model monitoring, and performance optimization
+ Proven solid problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills
+ Proven ability to mentor engineers and work cross functionally with product and data teams

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Own end-to-end AI/ML development for GICS (Global Infrastructure and Cloud Services) initiatives, spanning problem formulation, data exploration, model selection, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in production
