We’re seeking a Machine Learning Engineer passionate about building production-grade vision systems — models that see, learn, and decide in the real world. You’ll work on model design, optimization, and deployment pipelines that power intelligent factories of the future.
- Be a Founding Engineer to build the technical strategy and foundations for the company.
- Design and train deep learning models for image-based defect detection.
- Build pipelines for dataset acquisition, labeling and versioning.
- Research and develop cutting edge models for defect detection on complex objects.
- Optimize inference for edge deployment (TensorRT, ONNX).
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into real-time systems.
- Research state-of-the-art techniques in object detection models.
We are looking for someone that is looking to build an AI company from the ground-up. As a Founding Engineer, you will have the opportunity to architect, develop and grow an entire AI system for complex defect detection in an industrial setup.
- Research to Production : Lead the charge in transforming state-of-the-art research (e.G. YOLO, DETR, multi-camera object detection) into robust, scalable, and deployed features for our core platform.
- Model Innovation & Optimization : Design, build, and meticulously optimize Deep Learning models for defect detection on sophisticated objects. You'll work with the entire lifecycle, ensuring performance and efficiency.
- End-to-End System Impact : Take full ownership of key modules, ensuring their seamless integration and performance within our broader platform. You will be a bridge between our research and full-stack engineering teams, delivering cohesive and performant solutions.
- Future-Proof Our AI : Proactively explore and integrate new architectures and techniques to continuously advance our models' accuracy and scalability.
What we expect-
- 5+ years of experience in ML, computer vision, or applied AI.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, ML Ops tools (MLFlow), DVC.
- Experience with docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with version control systems such as github/bitbucket.
- Experience with model optimization for edge deployment and real time processing.
- Strong understanding of CNN architectures, object detection, and anomaly detection.
- Experience in end-to-end product development and deployment.
- Full ownership of product development and deployment.
- Curiosity, ownership, and the ability to thrive in an early-stage environment.
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- A keen ability to critically read, understand, and implement state-of-the-art research papers.
- Experience with manufacturing, industrial vision, or robotics.
- Exposure to edge devices (Jetson, Movidius, or Raspberry Pi).
- Build AI that powers the physical world — factories, not feeds .
- Work closely with a founder-led engineering team with deep ML roots.

What You’ll Do
