Your background:

Hands on experience of product design and development experience with capital equipment or similar comprising of thermo-mechanical, electro-mechanical, systems of high complexity with execution knowledge of NPD development & associated engineering due diligence

Hands on experience to take design from concepts (OEM components, sheet metal, metal machined & weld assembly, plastics & ceramics would be a big plus), detail engineering (Tolerance analysis, dFMEA, 8D problem solving, RCCA, 5-why, DFMA), test plan, testing, etc. & through detailed drawing, parts procurement, DFM interaction with suppliers, assembly, build verification, customer qualification with deeper understanding of issues faced, lessons learned and closure.

Ability to work well in a matrix organization with aggressive deadlines, ability to align on priorities, etc. while focused to realize end objective (NX, drawings, GD&T, standards, change mgmt. process)

Have in depth understanding of materials and processes such as thermal spray coatings (APS, HVOF), cold spray and physical vapor deposition (PVD).

Have hands on experience on performing and in depth understanding of metallographic techniques microscopy, mechanical testing, Scanning electron microscopy, electron dispersive spectroscopy. Ability to interpret and conclude on characterization/test results.

Have relevant familiarity with industry standards related to coatings and characterization techniques.

Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and technical presentation skills.

Hands-on experimental and design background coupled with solid engineering skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Semiconductor industry experience is not required, but a plus

Product engineering experience in SEMI & in specific design contributions to Etch chamber, vacuum systems, gas delivery, knowledge on elastomers, plasma chemistry, RF compatible material of choices and heat transfer related fluid material compatibility.

Exposure and working knowledge of Team center and NX or any other CAD tool, SAP PLM release process, product structure and configurations.

**JOB DUTIES:**
+ Develop, test, and maintain .NET based Device simulation software / application and integrations
+ Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces with related front-end technologies
+ Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
+ Integrate third-party APIs and services
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, digital product owners, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions
+ Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
+ Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability
+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes
**YOU MUST HAVE:**
+ 5-7 years of experience in Tool development preferred Expertise in C# language.
+ 5 + years of experience in C# / ASP.NET development .
+ 3 + years of experience in SQL Server work.
+ 3+ Years of experience in Cloud Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS
+ 3+ years of experience in Communication protocols like HTTP etc

+ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
+ Effective communicator

+ Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
+ Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
+ Can quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
**Desired Skill:**
+ Good Expertise in Dockers/Kubernetes
+ Device Simulation Experience
+ Experience in IoT products in the Comfort & Security domain (cameras / intrusion / HVAC Thermostats / air purifiers etc.)
