About the Role
We're looking for a Voice Prompt Engineer
to help us design and optimize natural, high-performing prompts for our Voice AI SaaS product. You'll work with LLMs and cutting-edge voice platforms to shape human-like conversations that power real-world business use cases.
What You'll Do
- Design and refine prompts that enable smooth, natural voice interactions.
- Optimize prompts for real-time processing, latency, and interruption handling.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clients to understand workflows and build voice solutions.
- Analyze conversations and metrics to continuously improve voice agent performance.
- Experiment with new tools and methods to push the boundaries of voice AI.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and at least one voice AI platform (e.g., Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs).
- A passion for creating human-like voice conversations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with fast-paced, collaborative projects.
- Bonus: experience with telephony APIs, A/B testing, or multilingual prompts.
