The candidate would be responsible for identifying and driving improvement initiatives across the organization in line with business requirements. This would require demonstration of results in terms of cycle time reduction, reduced costs and improved quality.
The candidate will also verify that Quantitative Goals are set for various projects and functions are met, report deviations and identify areas of improvement. At the organization level, the candidate will review & approve the baseline reports / improvement plans and ensure effectiveness of process improvement plans.
The candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14000, 18001, 31001) in line with the requirement.
