- Install, commission, and test new industrial automation equipment and robotic systems at client facilities in and around Hyderabad .
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and preventative servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system failures.
- Execute timely and effective repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customer personnel, fostering a strong working relationship.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to accurately identify and resolve issues.
- Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance performed, parts used, and time spent, using company-provided systems.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering and sales teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with safety regulations and company protocols.
- Manage travel logistics and schedule service appointments efficiently to meet client demands and service level agreements.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Engineer or a similar role, specifically within industrial automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI interfaces, servo systems, and industrial networking protocols.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing issues related to complex electromechanical systems.
