Primary Responsibilities:

System Design and Configuration: Responsible for the design, configuration, and deployment of SCADA systems within our manufacturing operations.

Deployment Planning: Works with process champions to understand implementation requirements. This includes deploying devices, computers, and instruments integral to SCADA systems.
•
Maintenance and Updates: This position handles the maintenance and updates of both software and hardware within the system. It also troubleshoots system issues and implements effective solutions.
•
Performance Analysis: Conducts thorough system performance analysis and implements improvements when necessary.

Documentation: Ensure all actions and instructions related to our SCADA systems are accurately documented.
•
Training: Train other team members on the usage and maintenance of our SCADA systems.
Knowledge & Skills Required:

SCADA Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in SCADA systems, with a preference for experience in Ignition.
•
Industrial Automation Protocols: Possesses robust knowledge of industrial automation protocols.
•
PLC Programming and Configuration: Essential familiarity with PLC programming and configuration.
•
Network Design and Cybersecurity Principles: Understanding of network design and cybersecurity principles specifically for SCADA systems.
