**Job Description**
Actively contribute to provide High Speed DDR IO solutions for next generation Memory in advanced CMOS technology nodes.
Designing high Speed IO Blocks, Powerbus analysis, Jitter / High speed timing closure
Work closely within the team, cross functional teams like Layout, verification, actively participate in technical discussions and reviews.
Contribute to or propose innovative design solutions and design methodologies for future generation
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors/Masters degree in Electronics & Telecommunication/Electrical engineering (VLSI Design)
+ Hands-on design knowledge on both Digital custom, Analog & mixed signal design environment.
+ 4+ years of Experience on IO circuit blocks used in memory products like DDR4, DDR5, LPDDR4, LPDDR5, GDDR5, GDDR6 is desirable.
+ NAND Flash Design knowledge is plus
+ Familiar with custom design methodology & flow, Calibration, JTAG design requirements, understanding of High-speed IO circuit design including DLL, Rx, Tx and clocking circuits
+ Knowledge of High Speed layout guidelines, analog layout techniques, including floor-planning, matching, shielding and parasitic optimization
+ Familiarity with package/board/Power integrity /signal integrity constraints is a plus.
+ Strong communication skills & circuit design knowledge is preferred.
+ Tool knowledge: spice tools: finesim, hspice & other flows
+ Good automation & scripting knowledge is plus.

**Job Description**
**Job responsibilities:**
+ Hands-on contributions coding C++ & System C models & test creation
+ Debug issues in Firmware environment
+ Validating the developed model using systemC/SV/UVM testbench
+ Debug failures and root-cause it by interacting with other teams/groups Etc.
+ The candidate will also have to mentor junior engineers
**Qualifications**
**Experience:**
13+ Years of the relevant work experience
- **Functional Modeling & Verification:**
+ Hands-on experience in C++ & System C based Model development/test creation
+ Prior Experience with C based Tests/Test bench development
+ Python coding would be a plus
+ Knowledge on NAND concepts will be an advantage
+ Knowledge on Memory and Digital Design Concepts would be preferable
+ (SRAM/DRAM/ROM/Flash) Circuits/Logic knowledge us a plus

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer, VLSI Design Engineering to lead verification efforts for complex IP blocks and fullchip designs. In this role, you will drive functional verification closure, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure design quality and silicon success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, verification strategies, and verification infrastructure for complex IP blocks, sub-systems, and SoC designs
+ Design and implement verification environments using industry-standard UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) frameworks
+ Develop reusable and scalable verification components, including bus functional models, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards
+ Drive functional coverage-driven verification closure and ensure comprehensive design validation including Functional Coverage planning, development, debug and closure
+ Develop and maintain System Verilog Assertions (SVA) for design verification, including coding, porting, and maintenance activities
+ Collaborate with design architects, RTL designers, and post-silicon validation teams to ensure seamless verification integration
+ Create and optimize verification automation tools and scripts to enhance design and verification productivity
+ Investigate, debug, and perform root-cause analysis of design failures through cross-functional team collaboration

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7 to 11 years of relevant experience in VLSI design verification
+ Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), VLSI, or Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
+ Advanced proficiency in C, Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM (Universal Verification Methodology)
+ Hands-on experience with industry-standard verification tools including Xcellium, Verdi, and JasperGold formal verification tools
+ Demonstrated expertise across the complete verification lifecycle, including planning, testbench development, test case development, regression management, coverage analysis, debugging, and sign-off
+ Proven ability to lead technical projects and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
