**Responsibilities:**
+ **Procurement & Vendor Management:**
+ Obtain and analyze vendor quotations for various goods and services.
+ Conduct thorough vendor quotation comparisons to identify the most competitive and suitable options.
+ Facilitate the complete vendor registration process, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and compliant.
+ Generate and submit purchase requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
+ Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
+ Manage cash purchases as required, maintaining accurate records.
+ Maintain meticulous records for all local procurements, international procurements, and internal shipments between sites.
+ Track and manage product loans from vendors, ensuring proper documentation and return.
+ **Logistics & Inventory:**
+ Track domestic and international shipments, providing regular updates on their status.
+ Coordinate and oversee customs clearance processes for international shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

+ Create and manage tickets within the ServiceNow platform for various operational issues and requests.

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Strong understanding of procurement processes, including vendor selection, quotation analysis, and purchase order management.
+ Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
+ Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and international shipping logistics.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Position Description:
Engineering manager is an integral position within the Digital collective software team. **Technical Leadership:**

- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams - Experience with Kafka, Redis, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines
