Position Requirements:
+ The person should be an Electrical, Electronics or Computer Science Engineer with very good understanding of HDLs (Verilog and/ or VHDL).
+ Prior experience in Emulation/UPF will be big plus. He/ she should have a good working knowledge of EDA tools (Cadence/ Others) specially Palladium with focus towards debugging design/ verification problems.
+ Experience in process automation with scripting.
+ Experience with SystemVerilog, C++, UVM.
+ Experience with Functional Verification of complex digital systems, e.g. SoC Verification, with a Hardware Verification Language (HVL) like SystemVerilog.
Behavioral skills required:
+ Must possess strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills.

+ Design and implement test cases and procedures based on system requirements and risk analysis.
+ Manage test environments, including hardware/software setups, simulators, and lab equipment.
+ Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and other relevant standards.
+ Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
+ Prepare and maintain V&V documentation for design reviews, audits, and regulatory submissions
**Education Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Engineering Degree in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
**Required Skills:**
+ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in medical device V&V, including system-level testing.
+ Strong understanding of impact analysis, design controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
+ Proficiency in test automation tools, scripting languages (Python, Selenium, LabVIEW, etc.), and defect tracking systems.
+ Familiarity with embedded systems, firmware, and software-hardware integration.
**Desired Characteristics:**
+ Basic knowledge of six sigma is added advantage.
+ Familiarity with Regression, Non-functional testing and usability engineering in medical devices.
+ Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB are a plus.
