**To be successful, you will:**
+ Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Credit Operations with Underwriting limits in Indian Retail or Corporate loan products - Essential
+ Home Loans/ Mortgage experience - preferential.
+ Bachelor's degree in business, related field or equivalent experience.
+ Understanding of Credit life cycle and awareness of the types and nature of credit products and processes.
+ The challenge is to ensure that all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to while processing the files within the stipulated time in line with the Risk objectives of the annual and strategic.

**What You Will Do:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative to our Business Process Harmonization Agent to join our team at RTX Corporation. This role is dedicated to working across various business entities with objective to streamline utilisation and ease adoption of the recently updated MS365 CRM to the latest cloud version. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and facilitator, skilled in process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management to ensure seamless integration and standardization across business units.
**Expectation of the Role:**
+ Identify and analyse all CRM users' business processes.
+ Categorize and align all various CRM user processes.
+ Lead alignment workshops sessions and communicate with stakeholder.
+ Map current and future state processes.
+ Define and assist in delivery of change management sessions.
+ Set up adoption monitoring tool/system.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Engineering, Data Management, or related field.
+ 5-8 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or digital transformation projects.
+ Knowledge of Information Systems, Process Management, Change management or a related field.
+ Strong understanding of process mapping, process standardization, and workflow optimization.
+ Experience working with enterprise digital tools, such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, or other business management software.
+ Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
+ Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
+ Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.

+ Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing potential challenges.
+ Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
**Shifts/Work Hours:**
+ Shift Timings: 4:30PM to 1:30AM IST
This role requires flexibility to accommodate stakeholder interactions and support business needs.
