**A Day in the Life**
As an individual contributor in the APAC Planning Processes, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the development of the overall APAC Distribution requirement Planning master data hygiene.

- Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.
- Recommend & Execute Robotic Process Automation (RPA) of repetitive activity.
- - Responsible for ensuring on-time and optimum supply of inventory in the APAC sub-regions and subsequent timely replenishment of inventory to spoke DCs and external customers so as to meet and exceed revenue commitments.
- Develop and maintain finished goods inventory targets by SKU based on service level objectives, forecast error, and replenishment lead times.
- Work closely with regional and global Supply Chain functions and other functions (as needed) to support all new product launches and product transitions while achieving performance targets on service level, working capital, and SOGL.
- Provide analysis of key KPI's and financial data to identify performance and cost improvement opportunities and execute on those initiatives.
- Work with the Global teams to address plant-related issues affecting product supply in a timely manner. Responsible for implementing an effective structure/mechanism to collaborate with global, regional and local stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other functions within the APAC Planning so as to deliver on the initiatives and goals of the APAC Planning COE and the Planning Intelligent Hub

+ Execute daily supply chain planning activities across assigned functional areas to ensure uninterrupted operations and customer satisfaction.
+ Develop and maintain planning strategies that improve planning signals and optimize material flow across the supply chain.
+ Monitor, review, and adjust planning parameters within supply chain planning systems to improve forecast accuracy and operational performance.
+ Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
+ Identify potential supply chain risks, material shortages, or planning exceptions and implement timely mitigation plans.
+ Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, suppliers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to resolve planning issues and improve operational performance.
+ Utilize planning systems and supporting analytical tools to manage supply and demand, inventory levels, replenishment, and material availability.
+ Support engineering change management activities, including new part introductions, supersessions, and obsolescence planning while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
+ Apply Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles to improve material flow, inventory management, transportation, warehouse operations, and master data accuracy.
+ Support development and maintenance of Master Supply Schedules to align procurement, production, and replenishment activities with business requirements.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, systems, and supply chain performance.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

**Experience**
+ Typically requires experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics, or related supply chain functions.
+ Experience working with ERP/MRP planning systems and supply chain planning tools is preferred.
+ Experience using business intelligence tools and advanced planning systems for inventory optimization and operational decision-making is an advantage.
+ For senior internal candidates, significant experience leading supply planning and material planning activities within complex manufacturing or global supply chain environments is preferred.
+ Experience collaborating with international suppliers and cross-functional global teams is desirable.
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams.

+ **Night Shift Allowance:** Applicable as per company policy.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
