Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Logistics & Last-Mile Execution
Lead end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
Scale up fulfillment infrastructure across zones with the right mix of owned vs. partner-led logistics.
Own delivery SLAs for both B2C and B2B segments, including 4-hour, same-day, and next-day deliveries.
Optimize first-mile pickup, mid-mile transit, and last-mile drop to ensure cost-efficient operations.
Analytics & Performance Management
Establish and track KPIs: TAT, fulfillment accuracy, RTO %, delivery success rate, cost per shipment, rider productivity, etc.
Lead root cause analysis and implement data-backed interventions for operational challenges.
Drive visibility across the chain with dashboards and predictive alerts using BI tools.
Vendor & Partner Management
Build a strong logistics partner ecosystem – courier aggregators, last-mile networks, cold chain carriers.
Drive commercial negotiations, performance SLAs, and risk mitigation strategies.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
Lead a high-performing team across logistics operations, supply chain planning, network planning, etc.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, commercial, finance, tech, and customer support teams.
