**Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with operations and other departments to ensure the successful execution of logistics services and customer requirements.
**Reporting**:Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly update CRM systems with sales data.
**Customer Support**: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and follow through to ensure client satisfaction with the services provided.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales within the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry.
**Knowledge**:Strong understanding of freight forwarding, international shipping, and logistics operations, including customs regulations, air, sea, and land transport.
**Sales Skills**: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
