Innovapptive Innovapptive is scaling its product and engineering capabilities and requires a strong Quality Engineering leader to build a robust, scalable, and automation-first quality framework.

Current quality processes need to evolve toward full automation, performance reliability, and security-first testing to support enterprise-grade customers.

You will define and lead the QE vision—ensuring high product quality, faster releases, and scalable testing infrastructure across mobile, web, and cloud environments.

What You Own

• End-to-end Quality Engineering strategy across the SDLC

The Role

Innovapptive is a premier enterprise SaaS provider building an AI-powered Connected Worker Platform for industrial giants like Shell and Hess. As an industry leader scaling rapidly toward $100M ARR, our engineering ecosystem connects frontline workers with mission-critical systems like SAP and Maximo in real time. Our lean SaaSOps team currently manages 45 cloud environments at an intense 11:1 ratio per engineer, making world-class infrastructure reliability our top priority. To support our explosive commercial growth, we are expanding our P&I Engineering division to scale our infrastructure seamlessly to over 100 environments.

We are seeking a high-caliber Site Reliability Engineer (Band A2) in Hyderabad to absorb this operational load by embedding a culture of relentless automation. In this high-impact role, you will own the stability, elasticity, and deployment safety of our AWS-driven, Kubernetes-orchestrated (EKS) multi-tenant infrastructure. You will champion infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, guard 5 monthly release trains via canary and rollback pipelines, and proactively introduce Chaos Engineering. Operating under a mature, metrics-driven framework, you will directly eliminate manual toil, document critical procedures, and participate in a responsive on-call rotation. This position offers a highly transparent career trajectory to Senior SRE, reporting to a leadership team actively evolving into a world-class VP-led SRE pillar.

What You Own

Your responsibilities bridge the gap between software development and system operations, focusing heavily on automation and resilience.

● Cloud & Environment Infrastructure: Manage and scale environments across AWS services, specifically handling Kubernetes clusters via Amazon EKS, databases (RDS, DynamoDB), and content delivery (CloudFront, S3).

● Deployment Operations: Support 5 major release trains every month. You will handle canary deployments, rollbacks, and run Chaos Engineering exercises to test system resilience.

● CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform and Helm to provision infrastructure automatically, and maintain deployment pipelines using GitLab CI/Jenkins and ArgoCD.

● Monitoring & Reliability: Set up SLIs/SLOs (Service Level Indicators/Objectives), design dashboards, and manage alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and ELK.

● Incident Response: Participate in the team's on-call rotation, drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and write post-mortems to ensure the same issue doesn't happen twice.

You Must Have

● 3-5 years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure.

The Role

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects on Innovapptive’s Connected Worker Platform. This is an Individual Contributor role with strong leadership accountability—mentoring team members, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful customer outcomes.

This role is primarily Waterfall-focused , and candidates with solid Waterfall execution experience will be given preference.

What You Bring to The Team

• Must have experience working with the Software / IT industry .
• Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong and proven Waterfall project delivery experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership capability within an IC role.
• Excellent communication skills—presentation, documentation, and stakeholder influencing.
• Experience managing internal and customer-facing stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Practical hands-on use of AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, or decision-making.
• Exposure to EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) or ERP systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Oracle EAM, Infor).

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• PMP Certified(preferred) or PRINCE2, ITIL (added advantage)

Project Delivery (Waterfall-Focused)

• Lead full project lifecycle (initiation → planning → execution → UAT → go-live → closure) using a Waterfall delivery model.
• Build detailed project plans, WBS, schedules, risk registers, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with Innovapptive’s Value 360 methodology.
• Maintain strict control over scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer value metrics.
• Execute structured change control processes for any deviations.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the single point of contact for customer project teams and business stakeholders.
• Drive transparent communication through governance meetings, Steering Committees, and progress reviews.
• Build trust through proactive communication and delivery rigor.

Cross-Functional Leadership (IC Role with Leadership Influence)

• Lead and coordinate internal teams (Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Engineers, QA).
• Influence delivery teams without direct reporting lines.
• Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks.

Financial Governance & Reporting

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, margin tracking, and billing milestones.
• Ensure adherence to SOW and contractual commitments.

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Jira AI, etc.) for documentation, reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
