Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and confident Pre-sales Executive to join our Sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, explaining project details, generating interest, and scheduling site visits or meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Share project information clearly and confidently
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and timeline
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Follow up consistently with leads to keep them warm
- Provide exceptional pre-sales customer experience
- Meet weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or presales (real estate experience is a must)
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel preferred
- Pleasant personality and confident phone etiquette

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager – Commercial Leasing & Outright Sales to lead and manage leasing and outright transactions across South Mumbai and BKC , two of the most premium commercial micro-markets in the country. The role involves handling corporate leasing/outright sales , advising clients on market strategy, and managing transactions from client onboarding to deal closure.
The ideal candidate will bring strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling capabilities, and proven experience in negotiating and closing commercial leasing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commercial leasing & sales transactions for office spaces, including client acquisition, requirement analysis, property shortlisting, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Act as a key advisor to corporate occupiers, family businesses, landlords, and developers , offering market insights, rental benchmarks, and strategic leasing solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients through networking, referrals, and ongoing client relationships.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and commercial evaluations tailored to client requirements.
- Lead lease negotiations, commercial structuring, and finalization of terms to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Coordinate with legal teams for LOIs, term sheets, and lease documentation , ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
- Track market trends, rental movements, vacancy levels, and upcoming developments in South Mumbai and BKC.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and post-transaction support.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality client service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in commercial office leasing and outright sales , preferably in South Mumbai and/or BKC markets.
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing structures, rentals, lease terms, and negotiation strategies.
- Proven ability to handle corporate clients and large-ticket leasing transactions independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office; real estate tech platforms are an advantage.
