Role Description
The Senior Pre-Sales Executive will lead Ratnaakar’s in-house lead response and qualification function. This role will ensure that all incoming leads are responded to promptly, qualified accurately, and moved efficiently through the early stages of the sales funnel.
The position also involves supervising junior team members, maintaining CRM and lead workflow discipline, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the brand’s professionalism and service standards.

Ø Position – Sr. Executive – Presales
Ø Experience –5 to 8 years
Ø Location- Regency plaza, Anandnagar Cross Road, Ahmedabad
Ø Working time- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
A. Lead Response & Qualification
• Ensure all incoming leads are contacted within defined SLA timelines.
• Conduct qualification calls to understand buyer intent, budget, timeline, and requirements.
• Route qualified prospects to the appropriate sales representatives.
B. Pre Sales Team Supervision
• Supervise Pre sales team members and ensure consistent follow-up discipline.
• Monitor daily call volumes, response times, and lead progression.
• Review call quality and provide feedback to team members.
C. CRM & Lead Management
• Ensure accurate data entry and lead stage updates in CRM/LMS.
• Maintain data hygiene across the lead management system.
• Track lead movement and escalate delays or bottlenecks.
D. Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve lead response efficiency and qualification quality.
• Assist in refining call scripts and qualification frameworks.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5–8 years experience in inside sales or call center roles.
• Prior experience in real estate leads qualification or sales call centers strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and listening skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM/LMS systems.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with reporting tools.
• Ability to manage a small team and maintain operational discipline.
Key Performance Metrics
• Lead response time
• Lead qualification rate
• Site visit conversion rate from qualified leads
• Call quality standards
• CRM data accuracy
