We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Job Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch I M. Arch.) from a recognized University.
• 8 -10 years of relevant work experience.

Essential Requirements

• Proficiency in BIM (Revit) is a must have- Should have taken a project from concept to completion on BIM.
• Passionate, delivery focussed and highly driven, positive thinker, flexible, patient and methodical.
• Should demonstrate strong architectural understanding for all project stages including concept design, design development, and construction stages.
• Should demonstrate ability to Plan and Prioritize assigned tasks, for self and team members, and create smaller goals in alignment with the larger organisation level goal and timelines.
• Is highly adaptable and aligns to the organisation’s vision and core values, understands Design Intent and ensures Design Compliance from Concept through to Completion.
• Should be proficient at cross disciplinary co-ordination with services, structural and landscape design teams to resolve complex technical issues arising out of the design brief and construction challenges.
• Should be able to effectively lead co-ordination with consultants, contractors, clients and all other stake holders in the project towards successful design delivery.
• Has a very good understanding of the Approval Cycle in India, building regulations and codes, Zoning norms etc and is able to effectively lead the Approval Drawings stage for team in co-ordination with clients, Liaison teams and Statutory Authorities.
• Should have led a team of 2 or more architects for a reasonable tenure in their professional career.
• Is proficient at best construction management practice- proactively responding to site queries, RFIs, reviewing shop drawings and regular site visits for unhindered construction.

Essential Skills

• Should be able to present ideas clearly through different mediums including hand drawings and sketches.
• Should demonstrate strong design flair, strong analytical skills and a research-oriented method of working.
• Detailing Skills- Is able to dive deep and sweat the details towards elegant and technically resolved outcomes for architectural details, product design, furniture, cabinetry, lights and interior fittings etc.
• Is proficient with a multitude of design and presentation softwares apart from BIM and CAD: Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, Procreate, Rhino, Morpholio Trace etc.
• Is proficient with the MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
• Should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using REVIT. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities

• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s degree in architecture from reputed college
• 2+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in Revit and working knowledge in ACC would be added advantage
