Key Responsibilities


Financial Reporting (US GAAP & IGAAP):

● Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IGAAP, including

half-yearly, and annual basis.

● Assist in preparing notes to accounts for standalone and consolidated financials in

Parent/Promoter Company Reporting:

● Support preparation of financial reports required by the parent/promoter company,

including Ind AS FFC, US GAAP, and schedule-based reporting packages.


Audit Management & Compliance:

● Coordinate with internal and external auditors to close IGAAP and US GAAP

requirements.

● Support SOX compliance and implement internal controls as needed.


Cash Flow & Year-End Reporting:

● Prepare standalone and consolidated cash flow statements in line with AS 3.

● Contribute to quarterly and year-end closing activities and assist in preparing the

Annual Report, including related party disclosures.


Required Skills & Competencies

● Strong knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP, IGAAP, Ind AS) and IRDAI

regulations
