Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, premium teas, and specialty beverages with consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation across service stations and seating areas.
• Engage with customers, learn their preferences, and provide personalized menu recommendations .
• Prepare, reheat, and serve food items according to standards.
• Grind, weigh, and package fresh coffee beans for retail customers.
• Understand the basics of coffee: brew methods, roast levels, and flavor profiles .
• Suggest beverages, roasts, and brewing equipment tailored to customer needs.
• Handle payments, orders, and guest inquiries efficiently through the POS system.
• Respond to guest questions, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
• Follow all café safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures .
• Arrive on time, contribute to teamwork, and stay until shift completion.
• Restock shelves, maintain merchandising standards , and keep retail displays neat.
• Proactively diffuse potential customer service challenges.

Desired Skills & Qualities

• Previous barista or food & beverage (F&B) service experience preferred (newcomers with a great attitude also welcome).
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for coffee culture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long hours.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays during peak demand.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Latte art skills a plus!

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Introduction to the Team:

Computer Security Incident Response team (CSIRT) is dedicated group of experts responsible for protecting Expedia Group from the ever-evolving threat landscape. CSIRT operations team is the first line of defense against Cyber and Information Security incidents. Our operations team is supported by Senior Security Engineers and Incident Commanders to manage the full incident lifecycle, from preparation and detection to containment and recovery, to minimize damage and ensure business continuity.

In this role, you will:

• Utilizes advanced analytics and research to create solutions to complex and highly ambiguous tasks.

• Develops selection methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to ensure success.

• Owns & leads a project or feature within one's own organization (Security Operations)

• Develops methods and procedures on unique work; may coordinate activities of other personnel.

• Articulates a design or pattern in how to improve a solution and Influencing design and direction of a project; formulate their position based on experience and data

• Engages solutions with an attitude of assuming positive intent and seeks to solve

Experience and qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in software engineering, computer science or a similar field

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or System Administration.

• Demonstrated experience in advanced system administration, including system installation/configuration, virtual infrastructure management, and production troubleshooting.

• Advanced knowledge of networking concepts and practical application, including MPLS/GRE tunnels, BGP, and VPN deployment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity domains, including vulnerability management, threat hunting, or penetration testing.

• Intermediate scripting experience with languages such as Python or PowerShell to create clean, well-documented code.

• Experience acting as a subject matter expert, influencing team practices based on industry and market trends.

• Familiarity with different application layers, including web, backend, and streaming applications.

• Relevant technical knowledge on tools such as CISSP, CISA, CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA, CCDA, CompTIA Network+, CompTiA Linux+ LPIC-1, CompTiA Cloud + HCNA, MCSA, OpenSTack Admin, SCA, RHCSA, RCT, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, CCIA, CEH, CHFI GCIH, GSEC, GISP, MCSA Windows Server 2012
