**Location**: Bally, Howrah

**Salary**: ₹6,000/month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives

**About Us**

Delinow is a smart store & restaurant management platform. We help restaurants and local shops go online with digital menus, QR code ordering, billing, and customer management - without paying heavy commissions.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**
- Call restaurant and retail shop owners from our provided database (JustDial, Google Maps, etc.).
- Explain Delinow’s benefits: QR code ordering, online payments, zero commission model.
- Convince owners to complete onboarding (KYC + menu/product upload).
- Share demo links, videos, and WhatsApp messages with prospects.
- Guide them step-by-step through account activation.
- Maintain daily call logs and follow-ups in Google Sheets/CRM.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills (Bengali + Hindi; basic English preferred).
- Confident on phone, polite, and convincing.
- Smartphone + stable internet connection (if WFH).
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be target-driven and self-motivated.

**Compensation**
- **Fixed Salary**: ₹,000/month.
- **Incentives**:

- 0 for every completed onboarding (KYC + menu upload).
- 0 additional for every paid subscription activation (after free trial ends).

Example:

- 25 onboardings in a month → ₹2 0
- 10 of them convert to paid users → ₹2 0 extra
- **Total = ,500/month** ( base + incentives)

Telecaller earns more **only when vendors pay us**, ensuring mutual success.
