Role: Audiologist

Location: Changanassery

Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests
• Provide hearing aid fitting, programming, and patient counseling
• Support patients with rehabilitation and speech–hearing solutions
• Collaborate with speech therapists and ENT specialists for holistic care
• Educate patients and families on hearing health and treatment options

What We’re Looking For:

• BASLP / MASLP / M.Sc. (Audiology) or equivalent qualification
• Licensed/registered (as per requirements)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Empathy, patience, and commitment to improving quality of life
• Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome

Logistics Manager
Location: Myladi, Kottayam (Onsite Required)
Position Type: Full-time Permanent role
Budget: Basic Salary + Attractive Bonus
Year of experience: 1 year

Job Description:

•⁠ ⁠oordinate with the sales team and arrange the right truck for the order
•⁠ osely work with the pilots in arranging orders.
•⁠ sure every pilot is getting tripped in FIFO order
•⁠ derstand the pilot's concerns and find the right solutions for them. 
•⁠ ⁠ concerns which cannot be resolved should be immediately escalated to higher levels at the earliest
•⁠ riodically check the status and conditions of the vehicle and its belongings.
•⁠ riodically check the habits of pilots in using their vehicles
•⁠ ily update the trip, income, expense and weekly settle the pilots accounts in Excel
•⁠ epare a monthly balance of each vehicle.
•⁠ ordinate with office sections and the sales team to oversee the stock position of materials and arrange the right truck and vice versa
•⁠ sure all the trucks are running efficiently and under cost control
•⁠ ily update the MD the orders being delivered and pending order details with reason.
