Job Responsibilities-

• Lead Yoga Classes:Conduct yoga sessions, demonstrating postures and providing verbal cues for proper form and alignment.
• Foster a Welcoming Environment:Create a calm, inviting, and safe space for students to feel comfortable and supported.
• Incorporate Breathwork:Integrate pranayama (breathing exercises) to deepen the practice and enhance mental well-being.
• Educate Students:Share knowledge of yoga philosophy, principles, and its benefits for both physical and mental health.
• Encourage Students to Parcipate in multiple competitions.

Yoga Instructor Requirements:

• Yoga certification with Yoga Alliance.
• Minimum of 200 hours of experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Education or experience in health and fitness is preferable.
• The art of teaching the Vinyasa Flow.
• Knowledge of the Chakra System, Pranayama, mantra and mindful meditation.
• Business and administration skills.
• Ability to work after-hours, on weekends and public holidays, as needed.

1. Laboratory Managers oversee the daily operations in a laboratory and are responsible for managing its staff and ensuring quality control in the lab procedures and techniques.
