Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Liaisoning role located in Raurkela. The Liaisoning Officer will be responsible for managing relationships with government departments, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements. Tasks include preparing and submitting documentation, assisting in obtaining necessary licenses and clearances, addressing regulatory concerns, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with external entities. The role also involves frequent communication and coordination with internal teams to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for managing relationships with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping, with attention to detail and an understanding of regulatory processes
- Ability to conduct research and stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and guidelines
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills for resolving compliance-related issues efficiently
- Experience in liaising with government authorities and departments is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks governing the chemical industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in local language(s) is an added benefit

Manager- Commercial
We are seeking an experienced Manager- Commercial to oversee service contract administration, contractor performance management, cost optimization, and compliance across our manufacturing operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring that all service contractors deliver as per contractual obligations while supporting operational efficiency and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement systems for monitoring contractor performance against defined KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
- Conduct regular reviews of service quality, work completion timelines, and contractor effectiveness through audits and field verification
- Manage contractor scorecards, performance evaluations, and improvement plans while recommending corrective actions when required.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction through scope optimization, contract restructuring, and evaluation of in-house versus outsourced services.
- Review, revise, and strengthen contract terms and conditions to improve operational efficiency and minimize organizational risk.
- Ensure proper documentation, record management, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Identify contractual and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive adherence to HSE, IMS, statutory, and legal compliance requirements across all service contracts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 12+ years of exper ience in Contract Management, Commercial, Procurement, or Supply Chain functions.
- Strong understanding of contract drafting, vendor management, service procurement, and contractor performance monitoring.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Steel, Ferro Alloys, Power, Mining, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Professional certifications in Contract Management or Procurement will be an added advantage.
