Job Profile & Description:

  1. Being a core member of the Finance & Accounts team, incharge of accounting/budgetary control functions for Hindustan Aqua Private Ltd.’s Rourkela business including Jharkhand.
  2. To maintain financial administration systems and processes that comply with IND AS, guidelines of the Accounting Manual and are consistent with the Company's approach to financial administration.
  3. Working closely with the Corporate Finance of the MMG Group, to develop exhaustive and detailed financial plans, annual reports, statutory reports, budgets and Forecasts.
  4. Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Accounts of the organization
  5. Preparation of Monthly schedules and their reconciliation with the Ledger.
  6. Preparing accurate financial and management accounting information, ensuring compliance with local corporate reporting and statutory requirements and adhering to tight time schedules.
  7. Support in implementation of Finance / Accounting / Costing systems and ensuring that they meet with the overall Company objectives and requirements.
  8. Supporting the Corporate Finance in developing manuals and policies incorporating best Finance & Accounting practices which would be reviewed and updated to ensure a top end bench-mark in the industry.
  9. Supporting the Corporate Finance in working capital management, forex management and preparation of credit rating related documentation and taxation.
  10. Supporting the Corporate Finance in bank financing documentation including preparation of business model.
  11. Co-coordinating with the Corporate Finance members and implementing and supporting in execution of decisions.

Experience :10-12 years in FMCG or Beverages industry.

Reporting Relationship: The position would report administratively to COO and functionally to the CFO.

Position based out of: Rourkela

Qualification: CA preferable with strong work hand experience in an ERP environment

Gross Remuneration: Rs. 17-20 Lacs p.a.

Prescription Filling

  • To attend the doctor’s prescription at the sales counter and advise the dosage of medicines to the patients
  • Dispense drugs pursuant to a prescription issued by the doctor. In case the prescribed medicines not available, arrange the same from the in-house pharmacies for the honor of 100% prescription. Substitution of medicines is to be consulted with the doctor
  • Cross-check the issuing medicines with bill with regard to patient name, items name, quantity, expiry and acknowledge the bill
  • Customer Service

  • To counsel the patients /customers on health, reaction of medicines
  • To maintain good relations with customers/doctors
  • To maintain free home delivery register and follow-up the medicines deliveries to the customers in time
  • Handle all the inbound calls primarily focusing on drug information, patient counselling/education and free home delivery orders. In addition, handle patient queries and issues with respect to drug therapy and drug information
  • Handle cash in billing counter as and when required
  • Cold Chain Management

  • Storing the drugs under proper conditions of refrigeration and security
  • Inventory Management & Sales

  • To enter stocks in computer and take printout of receipt from stores(RS) for cross-checking with items issues list from stores
  • To maintain record for no stock items and follow-up the same
  • Ensure that 100% physical stock is tallied according to category (Tablets, Syrups, Injections, Fluids, Ointments, Liquids, Capsules, Powders, Drops, Surgicals, and Miscellaneous) twice a week. Daily rack wise verification of fast moving items
  • Ensure shift hand-over and take-over is given before leaving the work area
  • Focus on sales and strive to attain the target of the pharmacy
  • Check quantity, MRP, batch number and date of expiry of the received items 
  • Bill management
  • Perform any other job assigned by the in-charge as per exigencies of work
