EDUCATION
- Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable

- Work with senior HR Business Partner / HR Advisor on strategic planning and on the development of human resources strategies that support the unit's business needs
- Works with managers in forecasting and planning talent requirements in line with the business strategy
- Collaborate proactively with managers on the day-to-day activity of all aspects of human resources management
- Advise on regulations in hiring, termination, performance management, and compensation
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to performance management policies and procedures
- Consult on employee relations counseling, people and culture issues
- Participate in the implementation of career management programs
- Provide guidance regarding HR practices and ethics
