**What We're Looking For:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
· 10+ years of experience in application development (including application architecture, information modelling, data governance, software development, and system integration).
· Strong programming experience in Python (Node.js/ReactJS is a plus).
· Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc.) and fine-tuning methods.
· Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.).
· Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool-augmented AI.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
