Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Inputting data from various sources into the company database accurately and efficiently.
- Updating and maintaining existing data within the database.
- Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Performing regular data backups to ensure data integrity.
- Generating reports and extracting data as needed.
- Communicating with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and security.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as computers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and processes.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
