Role Overview
The Manager – AcadFly will be responsible for leading and managing a team of counsellors and admissions officers to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of overseas MBBS counselling and admissions. The role demands strong people management, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience, while meeting organizational goals and enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counsellors and admissions executives, ensuring achievement of departmental targets.
- Oversee the entire admissions cycle, including student counselling, university shortlisting, application processing, documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with international partner universities, particularly in Russia and Kazakhstan , ensuring compliance with admission requirements and timelines.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of counselling services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve conversions and reduce application drop-offs.
- Track and evaluate team performance metrics; conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and training interventions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution.
- Address escalations from students and parents promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
- Prepare regular performance and progress reports, highlighting achievements, gaps, and corrective measures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, or MBBS abroad advisory services.
- Proven experience in team handling and operations management .
- In-depth knowledge of international medical education systems, particularly in Russia and Kazakhstan , along with familiarity with visa and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and counselling/admissions management systems will be an added advantage.
