Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for an AI Automation Workflow Engineer. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms. Daily tasks will include working on pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP). The role also involves collaborating with software development teams to integrate AI solutions into applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy workflow automations using tools such as Power Automate (must have), n8n.ai, Logic Apps, and Copilot Studio.

Design and implement AI agents that can execute tasks autonomously and interact with users through chat, notifications, and actions.

Integrate Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) to enable natural language understanding, summarisation, and form extraction.

Develop secure and scalable API integrations between business systems (Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, external apps).

Continuously optimse and support automation solutions to improve reliability and user experience.

Stay current with evolving Agentic AI frameworks and tools


Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

Hands-on experience designing and deploying workflows in Power Automate, n8n.ai, make.

Practical experience building solutions with Copilot Studio.

Experience developing and integrating AI agents, agent frameworks, or LLM-driven task automation.

Proficiency with Azure AI services, including OpenAI models, Cognitive Services, and Language APIs.

Strong integration skills using APIs and experience working with agile teams and DevOps pipelines.

Experience automating tasks and building integrations using n8n.ai or equivalent platforms.

Programming and scripting skills in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.


Nice to Have:
