  • To support the aircraft structural design, development, CAD modeling and Drafting of part and assembly drawings.

    Job Title – Design Engineer/ Sr. Engineer

    Job Location – Chinchwad, Pune

    Company – Plastic Automotive Manufacturing Company

    CTC Budget – 5000-12000 per Annum

    Job Details –

    1. 5-10 years of experience in exterior trims development

    2. Experience in End-to-End design and development cycles of plastic trims

    3. Knowledge and applicability to check the regulation requirements

    4. Good understanding of customer requirements/specifications & GD&T and ensure that the design for manufacturing aspects is fulfilled.

    5. Responsible for complete Development cycles (end to end)

    6. Expertise in DFM, DFA, DFMEA to ensure risk is mitigated right from beginning of the development

    7. Responsible to manage cross functional team for successful execution of projects.

    8. Knowledge of tool design (mould design) and development

    9. Responsible for design of checking fixture, assembly fixture, DVP sign-off with supplier, CFT and Customer.

    10. Close co-ordination with team, CFT and customer during development

    11. Responsible to be a technical solutions provider

    12. Committed towards customer deliverables and quick turnaround/responses.

    13. Good hands-on experience on Catia V5 and exposure to other CAD software like UG NX will be added advantage

    14. Good communication skills
