• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Process Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in API process development and synthesis.
• Extensive hands-on experience with synthetic organic chemistry techniques and instrumentation.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, NMR, MS, KF titration, etc.) for characterization and purity assessment.
• Strong understanding of physical organic chemistry principles and reaction mechanisms.
• Familiarity with process safety evaluations and scale-up considerations.
• Knowledge of ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements for API development.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific information effectively.
• Proven ability to manage projects and work effectively in a team environment.
