What We're Looking For:

• 2-5 years of product management experience in stock broking /crypto/ trading tech firms in India

• Strong domain knowledge of Indian stock markets, especially F&O (derivatives) and retail algo usage

• Hands-on experience with Open APIs (REST/FIX), order management systems, RMS integration, etc.

• Prior involvement in the algo approval process with Indian exchanges (NSE/BSE/MCX)

• Understanding of compliance needs for SEBI-regulated algo trading

Preferred Background:

• Product roles at top Indian brokers, API platforms, or algo trading enablers

• Exposure to retail-first trading products, DIY algo platforms, or API-led brokerage models

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy for Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) and other key Nutraceutical Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). This role is critical for driving market share, expanding our customer base, and establishing our company as a preferred supplier in the global nutraceutical and functional food industries. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of DHA and a proven track record of success in API or specialized Nutra ingredient sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development (70%)

· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for DHA and the assigned API portfolio.

· Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with major nutraceutical, dietary supplement, functional food, and pharma players

· Manage and grow key accounts, serving as the primary commercial and strategic contact.

· Negotiate complex supply agreements, pricing, and terms with top-tier clients.

· Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust sales tactics and product positioning.

2. Marketing and Strategy (30%)

· Lead the development of the annual marketing plan, focusing on DHA and omega-3 related products.

· Translate technical product data and market insights into compelling value propositions, sales tools, and marketing materials (e.G., notes, white papers).

· Collaborate closely with the R&D and Technical Services teams to introduce new API products and support client-specific application needs.

· Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand visibility and generate leads.

· Provide accurate sales forecasting, market feedback, and pipeline management reports to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

· Experience: 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, or Business Development) within the nutraceutical, API, functional ingredients, or specialty chemical industries.

· Industry Expertise (Mandatory): Demonstrable and extensive experience with DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid), omega-3s, or essential fatty acids is a mandatory requirement.

· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related technical field is required. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.

· Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of nutraceutical API manufacturing processes, quality standards (e.G., cGMP, ISO), and regulatory requirements for supplements and functional foods (e.G., GRAS, EFSA).

· Cross-functional Skills: Proven ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and influence cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Legal).

· Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.

· Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 30-40%).

We’re hiring a Python Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to help us build scalable APIs and Temporal Workers for distributed workflows. You’ll be working on systems that power reliable, fault-tolerant background processing at scale.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java (Spring Boot).

• Build and maintain gRPC-based APIs and services for real-time communication between microservices.

• Specify and select appropriate process equipment, considering material compatibility, safety, and efficiency.
• Conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and implement safety measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during process development, scale-up, and manufacturing.
• Generate comprehensive process development reports and support regulatory filings (e.g., DMFs).
• Collaborate with analytical development teams to define in-process controls and release specifications.
• Ensure all development activities comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Support technology transfer activities to manufacturing sites.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, or a related discipline. A Ph.D. is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in process development for APIs or fine chemicals, with a strong emphasis on scale-up.
• In-depth knowledge of organic synthesis, reaction engineering, and physical separations.
• Experience with QbD principles, PAT tools, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Familiarity with cGMP requirements and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
