What you'll do:

• Design and deploy data-driven solutions for manufacturing customers using Sparsa's agentic SDK and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, MES systems)
• Build translation layers and adapters to convert customer data pipelines into common schemas that our agents can work with
• Monitor agent performance and create impact reports showing measurable improvements to present to customers
• Serve as primary feedback channel between customer implementations and AI team, translating real-world challenges into technical requirements
• Work directly with enterprise customers during onboarding, solution deployment, and technical workshops for manufacturing stakeholders
• Perform advanced data analysis on manufacturing datasets to identify optimization opportunities and extract actionable insights from production data

What we're looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience as Data Analyst/Scientist or Solutions Engineer
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with excellent Python proficiency
• Strong data science skills (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, polars, dask, etc.) with SQL expertise for complex data manipulation
• Data pipeline and ETL experience for enterprise data integration and workflow orchestration
• Customer-facing technical skills with proven track record presenting complex solutions to technical stakeholders
• Solutioning abilities - translating business problems into technical solutions with measurable outcomes

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

• Strong understanding of back-end development principles, including API design and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Should support our complex Oracle landscape, including Oracle 19c, Oracle Exadata, and EBS PROD and non-PROD environments, ensuring optimal availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle 19c instances (on-prem and cloud), including patching, backups, cloning, and upgrades.
• Manage and support Oracle EBS (R12), WebLogic, SOA Suite (12c), OAM, and ORDS configurations.
• Handle EBS patching through Rimini Street Support, including clustered deployments.
• Configure and monitor Oracle DataGuard (HA & DR) and work with Oracle Platinum Support for Exadata patching.
• Maintain ongoing SOX compliance and enforce database access controls.
• Collaborate with dev teams during release cycles and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Monitor database performance using OEM, STAT, Spotlight, and custom scripts.
