  • Prepare and manage plant-level budgets including manpower, maintenance, and operational costs.

  • Serve as the key point of contact for OEM customers, ensuring alignment on quality, delivery, and service expectations.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience in managing large plant teams and high-volume manufacturing setups.

    Role Summary/Purpose:
    We are looking for a dynamic assembly operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for working on the locomotive engine & its component assembly line and will perform Overhauling of engines & locomotive components.
