Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Associate Project Manager at Acsys International Ltd. in Chennai. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day software delivery operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of software projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with the Quality Assurance team & Development Team ensuring the usability, reliability, and quality standards of the products.
Work closely with Engineers/Architects/ Customer Services to align the customer requirements mapped to the quality standards of Acsys.
Participate in RND meetings with clients and understand business requirements.
Work closely with project team to arrive at a project plan and manage daily scrum calls resolve impediments and ensure overall quality & timeline is met.
Technical Skills: Knowledge and Experience on .Net & RDMS technical would help.
Exposure and Experience in DevOps Environment and automation experience would be an added advantage.
Key Result Areas:
Functional/feature review against Business Requirement Document, Testing, Regression, load, performance, high availability, GUI testing and applications – Automation Testing.
Should be able to Execution & Monitoring of Testing Team and Development Team, well verse in trouble shooting, testing concepts and making bug reports
Responsible for creating Client & Internal Reporting and maintaining Quality Manuals & Standards; document
Essential skills:
A good understanding of software development & quality standards, user experience.
Good writing skills (for documenting the process) and good communications skills
Would be an added advantage if worked with electronics hardware/Software (IoT) Product testing.
Experience in Working with JIRA

Ability to operate in a changing and challenging environment.
