- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate vendor contracts for best pricing and timely delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns during project execution.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations , and company policies.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability in all deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation or Electrical preferred) .
- 15–20 years of experience in operations management within automation, industrial engineering, or turnkey project environments .
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale automation projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems, electrical systems, process automation, and turnkey execution .
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems , lean methodologies, and project management tools.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification (preferred).

Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the team leader, the Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Invesco Solutions Team. Responsibilities include preparing product commentary, reports, and presentations, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy through quality checks. The role also involves process optimization and cross-functional collaboration on strategic initiatives. essential for success.
