Our Global Service Centers are an integral part of Global Operations. Employees based here manage day-to-day customer transactions and processes for global businesses. This may include transactions for any of our line of businesses such as Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Global Private Banking or Global Banking & Markets.
Employees in the Global Service Centers help run & change the way we work. This includes running our customer operations for businesses, identification & management of risk, analyze & report data, implement & manage change, deliver technology solutions, besides providing professional services to the bank such as procurement and real estate management.
**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a seasoned recruiter with full cycle recruitment experience, who will attract & hire the best talent for the organization. This is an individual contributor role and will partner with some of our key stakeholders across line of businesses and 8 geographies.
**What you’ll do**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current & future hiring needs
- Network & build relationship with both internal & external stakeholders. thereby ensuring that we act as trusted talent advisor for our hiring managers, employees & key stakeholders
- Develop and update job descriptions, in conjunction with the hiring manager
- Prepare & implement sourcing strategy
- Assess applicant’s relevant domain knowledge, soft skills, competencies, overall experience & aptitude
- Adhere to recruitment SLA’s; ensuring delivery within timelines; monitor cost per hire and overall spend
- Monitor, manage & report risk. Ensure HR compliance & internal controls are adhered to
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to extended HR teams & business stakeholders
- Implement best practices for recruitment, look at opportunities to improve processes and use technology to provide a faster & simpler hiring experience.
Requirements
**What you will need to succeed in the role**:
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in HR or relevant field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition function is mandatory
- Experience in entire recruitment lifecycle in a Banking / Consulting / Financial / ITES / GCC setup is essential
- Prior experience managing executive recruitment is required
- Ability to conduct interviews with hands on experience on structured & competency based selection processes
- Must have experience of sourcing from various channels
- Familiarity with HR applicant tracking system, recruiting software, HRIS
- Should have used technology to market requirements on social platforms
- Data & target driven
- Excellent communication, people & decision making skills
- Must have managed senior stakeholders in current / previous roles
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, proactive approach to problem solving and is able to conduct oneself with high integrity - even when there are strict timelines to adhered to

**The Opportunity**:
- The specific opportunity is to contribute in designing and execution of the Account onboarding function in Bangalore which will support global Institutional and Wholesale business. Manage the daily fund and mandate account onboarding requests and ensure all set ups are completed. Regions in scope are all the global markets with predominant focus on HK and UK.
- Other aspect is to contribute extensively and run with the process of digitally transforming the entire onboarding process. In this role, the incumbent(s) will be understanding the current state of the process, review the steps performed today and figure out an efficient way of doing the process. Hence, this role will require understanding the business process, to be able to think both technically and intuitively as well as help in building a strategic solution to achieve cost base benefits both in terms of saving man hours as well as servicing our clients effectively.
**What you’ll do**:
- Oversee the end to end new launch requests across funds and mandates
- Stakeholder management as the team will be coordinating with multiple parties
- Ensure effective communication with the business as there will be parallel ongoing requests
- Ensure we meet the agreed SLAs and KPIs for the global markets
- Perform hands-on activities along with the team as required in order to make sure that the commitments are met and objectives are accomplished.
- Review the current processes across markets to streamline the onboarding across different markets
- Identify solutions to make the process more efficient with automated solutions
Requirements
**What you will need to succeed in the role**:
- Relevant experience in Account onboarding space
- Should be able to communicate well and manage stake holders across the globe
- Ability to plan and organize effectively as well as inclination towards change is required
- Zeal to learn and an open-minded approach is a must requirement
- Capability to think analytically will make the work easier for the incumbents themselves
- Knowledge on asset management industry is required
**What additional skills will be good to have?**
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Asset Management
- Knowledge of Institutional and fund business

This role involves working within the EMEA TTS Cash and Trade Onboarding team delivering this wide range of product solutions within projects of varying complexity.
The role requires the individual to form effective working relationships regionally and globally with key clients and stakeholders - Product, Technology, Coverage etc. The individual is required to have strong communication, diplomacy, and analytic skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate onboarding of regional and global cash management solutions of all sizes and complexities.
- Continuously reduce onboarding cycle time, minimize deal slippage and associated revenue conversion lead time. Accurately report deal status, escalating effectively for “on hold” and slow-moving deals.
- Oversight of all client on-boarding activity end-to-end (including standard, low complexity and complex deals).
- Develop and maintain a customized project plan tailored to client’s requirements, outlining deliverables, milestones, critical path items and actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to defined quality standards and practices outlined in “best practices” collateral. Consistently achieve “excellent” rating in scheduled quality reviews.
- Manage and co-ordinate Sales, Product Management, Client Services and Operations partners to ensure client satisfaction - navigate bank on behalf of client, leveraging Citi's global resources and escalation channels as required to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ensure detailed and timely functional partner engagement leveraging defined tools effectively (e.g., CRM engagement and completed Customer Service handover process)
- Attending when necessary Client meetings in close cooperation with TTS Product Sales and Relationship Managers
- Enhanced client satisfaction should be reflected in positive client survey scores and documented during detailed post onboarding reviews
- Tracking and communicating internally the status of the deals.
- Effective maintenance and communication of MIS and project metrics. Provide ongoing senior management updates on key projects as required.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-6 years relevant experience

Negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage high workload within a pressurized environment. Flexibility - ability to manage a varying workload (i.e., volume, complexity and composition). Attention to detail and experience of working in a controlled environment
- Self-starter and ability to take initiative in driving projects forward. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer interaction and management skills. Negotiation and decision making / problem solving skills. Ability to work under high-volume workload and prioritize in an effective manner. Ability to effectively manage and navigate through multi-faceted disciplines throughout the Bank.
- Additional language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese) knowledge will be an advantage.

- Post graduate degree Or
- Bachelors / University degree or equivalent experience
- PMI Certification will be added advantage
