Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the VMware virtual environment, including VM provisioning, adding disk space, and making VM changes.
Administer Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022) including system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Ensure system availability and performance through monitoring and capacity planning.
Manage backups and restore protocols to ensure data integrity and availability.
Implement and manage high-availability solutions such as failover clustering, replication, and load balancing.
