We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Billing & Admin Executive to manage billing tasks, coordinate with clients, and handle administrative duties. The role requires excellent communication, basic accounting skills, and the ability to multitask across departments.
Key Responsibilities:- p>Prepare and issue invoices and bills accurately and on time.

Follow up with clients for payments and outstanding dues .

Prepare and manage fumigation certificates and other export-related documentation.

Record and enter purchase bills into the accounting system.

Coordinate with clients regarding service updates, billing issues, and documentation needs.

Handle general administrative duties , including document filing, maintaining records, managing office supplies, and assisting other departments.

Support in day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in billing, administration, or a similar role (Freshers can also apply if eager to learn).

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally ) is a plus.
